Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support Redefine Innovations’ growth in the B2B technology and consulting space. Day-to-day work includes developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and aligning messaging across web, email, social, and paid channels. This role will own positioning and content for target industries, collaborate closely with sales and consulting teams to generate qualified leads, and track performance through analytics and reporting. The Marketing Manager will manage the marketing calendar, coordinate external vendors or agencies as needed, and continuously refine tactics based on data and market feedback.

Qualifications

Strategic marketing skills, including experience in B2B marketing, go-to-market planning, and campaign strategy. Digital marketing skills such as SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and social media management. Content-focused skills including copywriting, content marketing, and editorial planning for web and demand-generation assets. Analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, reporting, and KPI-driven optimization. Experience working with technology, SaaS, or IT consulting companies; familiarity with Dynamics 365 or B2B commerce is a plus. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment across cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
