What You Would DoIntroduce TWF to qualified capital sources across SBA 7(a), SBA 504, MBE-targeted lenders, CDFIs (Community Development Financial Institutions), revenue-based financing platforms, and state MBE capital programsPosition the introduction with context (no spam intros)Coordinate the warm hand-off to TWF leadershipTrack the introduction through to closed facilityCompensation - Climbing LadderStage 1 (first 3 introductions, mission-aligned starter): 1% of total facility size on every closed introduction$500 minimumPaid 30 days after facility fundsStage 2 (after 3 closed introductions OR one facility above $250K): 2% of facility size$1,000 minimumNo capRecurring 1% on facility expansionsStage 3 (after 5 closed introductions + sustained quality): 3% of facility size$2,500 minimumRetainer option ($1,000-2,500/mo) for committed capital strategy advisorySenior advisor track opensWho We WantBackground in commercial banking, SBA lending, MBE capital programs, family office, RBF, or CDFIActive network with lender, investor, or capital program decision-makersComfortable making warm intros that respect both sidesHas closed at least 3 capital introductions in your careerFamiliarity with MBE growth-stage firm financing mathBonus: Direct experience funding MBE professional services firms.
