Requirements

High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‐paced environment Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications Understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus

Compensation

Range: $17.00 - 19.50 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
