Key Responsibilities

Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training and evaluation. Verify that clinical information and claims are supported by the documented medical record. Evaluate inpatient adult medicine documentation, including history of present illness, past medical history, medication reconciliation, social history, assessments, and treatment plans. Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information in clinical records. Assess medication-related details, including renal- and hepatic-adjusted dosing, potential drug interactions, and age-appropriate clinical considerations. Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree. Board certification in Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine with a Hospital Medicine-focused practice designation. Current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience within the past two years. Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows, including admissions, daily progress notes, transitions of care, and discharge. Ability to review clinical notes and raw medical record data accurately. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized guidelines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications
