In this role, you will connect with individuals in the community, understand their health coverage needs, and educate them on available Medicare insurance options. You will build trusted client relationships through clear communication, professional service, and thoughtful follow-up. Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients in the community to understand their Medicare coverage needs. Educate individuals about available Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plan options, as applicable to your carrier appointments. Clearly explain plan benefits, costs, eligibility requirements, and coverage options. Build and maintain positive client relationships through responsive communication and follow-up. Conduct community outreach, schedule appointments, and develop referral opportunities. Assist clients with the enrollment process in accordance with applicable Medicare regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate client records and protect confidential personal information. Stay informed about Medicare guidelines, plan changes, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Professional demeanor and a genuine interest in helping others. Ability to build relationships and conduct community-based outreach. Willingness to learn Medicare products, enrollment procedures, and compliance requirements. Active state health insurance license and required Medicare certifications, or willingness to obtain them before conducting regulated sales activities, where permitted. Previous sales, insurance, customer service, healthcare, or community outreach experience is a plus. Compensation and Opportunity Commission-based earning potential.
