About the Opportunity: The MEMBER SERVICES SUPERVISOR is responsible for leading a remote team of member-focused associates to deliver exceptional service experiences. This role balances hands-on coaching with administrative oversight and contributes to initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness. The supervisor ensures team members are empowered, confident, and equipped to provide above and beyond service, supporting the organization's commitment to member satisfaction.
