We're hiring a full-time Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our financial therapy track — a dedicated pathway for clinicians who believe that money, identity, and emotional well-being are deeply connected and want to build a practice that reflects that. This isn't a financial coaching role. You'll carry a full general therapy caseload while developing a specialization in the intersection of mental health and financial wellness — with direct mentorship from a Certified Financial Social Worker and up to $700 in training support in your first year to pursue your CFSW credential. Clinicians build their own schedules with flexibility, with consistent availability required, including a minimum of 12 evening hours (5–9 PM, Monday–Friday). Full-time clinicians maintain 25 sessions/week.
