This hands-on engineering role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft 365 technical expertise who enjoys building, deploying, integrating, and supporting AI-powered collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience across SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Viva Suite, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Viva Connections dashboards, including personalized content, metadata, and audience targeting. Support enterprise implementation of Viva Connections, Viva Engage, and Viva Glint. Build, configure, and maintain custom AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating with Microsoft 365 and enterprise data sources. Develop SharePoint Online solutions and custom components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Create automated workflows and business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and PowerShell. Support Microsoft Copilot integration, governance, security, and enterprise adoption. Troubleshoot and optimize AI agents, collaboration tools, and Microsoft 365 services. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. Conduct technical demonstrations, support user adoption, and document implemented solutions. Support ongoing administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant IT experience. Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Microsoft Viva Suite . Experience building and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio agents , including integration with Microsoft 365. Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and PowerShell scripting . Experience configuring Viva Connections dashboards, audience targeting, and SharePoint metadata. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Office 365 Groups, and Microsoft 365 administration. Understanding of AI agent design, knowledge management, governance, and enterprise automation. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 solutions in large enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise-wide Viva Connections, Viva Engage, or Viva Glint implementation experience. Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, ADFS, and AD Connect. Microsoft Security Copilot or related AI initiatives. SharePoint customization and advanced SPFx development. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 in financial services or other regulated industries. Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments and Microsoft 365 security best practices. Top 3 Technical Skills SharePoint Online, SPFx & Viva Engineering – Building SharePoint components, Viva dashboards, audience-targeted experiences, and enterprise collaboration solutions. Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio – Developing AI agents, integrating enterprise data, configuring governance, and optimizing Copilot functionality. Power Platform & Automation – Developing automated workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and PowerShell.
