About this opportunity

Celebration Holdings (Celebration OnPoint), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Microsoft CSP, and GSA MAS holder, is building a bench of qualified independent contractors for a potential U.S. Air Force pursuit: Microsoft Teams Direct Routing in a GCC High environment (101–500 users).

Please read this carefully. We want to be straight with you:

• This is not a current job. The Government has issued a Request for Information (market research) only. No solicitation has been released and no contract has been awarded.
• Work is contingent on award. If the Government issues a solicitation and we win, we’ll engage qualified contractors from this pool. If not, there will be no work on this pursuit.
• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not W-2 employment. No benefits, no withholding, and no guaranteed hours. However, this could convert to a full-time job with benefits depending on contract award.

Scope (if awarded): Design, configure, and support Teams Direct Routing for a DoD GCC High tenant. This includes SBC configuration, DID provisioning and porting, toll-free numbers, calling plans and minute bundles, E911, and ongoing support.

Requirements

Required

• U.S. citizenship (GCC High / DoD environment)
• Hands-on Microsoft Teams Phone / Direct Routing implementation experience
• SBC configuration (AudioCodes, Ribbon, or equivalent) and SIP trunking
• Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams voice policies and PowerShell

Strongly preferred

• GCC High or DoD tenant experience
• Familiarity with DoD Cloud SRG (IL4/IL5) and DISA STIGs
• E911 / Ray Baum’s Act and Kari’s Law compliance
• Number porting and RespOrg / toll-free administration
• Active clearance or Public Trust (some roles may require eligibility for a DoD background investigation)
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Teams Administrator Associate)

Benefits

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, contingent on contract award. No employee benefits are provided. You set your own schedule and methods within project deliverables, and rates are negotiated per engagement.
