Position: Human Intelligence Collector (HUMINT) Type: Contract Compensation: $30 - $80/hour Location: Remote, US-based preferred Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Conduct structured elicitation and interview sessions to gather relevant information Establish rapport with participants to encourage open communication Analyze responses in real-time, adjusting questioning strategies as needed Assess reliability and consistency of responses, providing confidence assessments Identify and annotate emotional drivers influencing participants' responses Document analytical reasoning clearly to support downstream review and learning Score sessions according to a detailed rubric, ensuring objectivity and consistency

Requirements
