WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Implement and optimize marketing campaigns using Braze to focus on advanced segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Personalize and customize campaign content dynamically using liquid logic within Braze based on user behavior and attributes.
• Manage and enhance custom attributes in Braze to fine-tune customer engagement strategies and achieve targeted outcomes.
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to integrate and leverage user data for sophisticated campaign strategies.
• Develop and test HTML code modifications within Braze templates for optimal layout and functionality across various devices and email clients.
• Analyze campaign performance to generate insights and drive continuous growth and retention metrics improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on using Braze and integrating it with other tools and platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience with A/B testing in any digital marketing channel.
• Proficiency in using Braze for planning and launching campaigns.
• Ability to drive data insights and build charts with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Periscope.
• A data-driven approach with a solid understanding of startup growth metrics, analytics, and statistics.
• Focus on performance and results, striving for measurable impact.
• Understanding of user psychology and motivation in mobile app usage.

Nice to have:

• Experience working at mobile-centric startups
• Experience with user acquisition (ASO or Performance Marketing)
• Experience with copywriting for marketing or sales communications
