Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience. Lead Management: Efficiently manage incoming leads and convert them into clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate mortgage solutions. Sales Processes: Execute and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all customer interactions are documented appropriately. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to our clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting and operations team to streamline the mortgage approval process. Performance Monitoring: Track and report sales activities and results to management to ensure targets and goals are met. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in inside sales in the mortgage industry preferred..
• Licensing: Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with inbound leads, if you are self-sourced this is not the best fit
• Customer-Oriented: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and online meeting tools.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with other team members and departments within Greenside Capital.
