Compensation

• $2,000 per month
• Up to $500 monthly performance bonus

• Review loan applications for completeness
• Collect and organize borrower documentation
• Follow up with borrowers and loan officers for missing conditions
• Upload and manage documents reputed company the LOS
• Order and reputed company reputed company-party services as needed
• Communicate with processors, loan officers, escrow, and title companies
• Monitor loan milestones and ensure reputed company stay on schedule
• Maintain accurate notes and file status updates
• Assist with general administrative and processing tasks
