Introduction

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our creative team. The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms.

This role requires a combination of artistic creativity and technical expertise, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation, and design principles. The successful candidate will work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visual concepts, edit video content, and deliver high-quality creative outputs.

We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life through motion, pays attention to detail, and can manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design and create motion graphics, animations, and visual content for various digital platforms.
• Translate creative ideas and concepts into engaging visual stories.
• Develop animated elements, transitions, titles, and other motion assets for video projects.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across creative projects.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics and animations into video projects.
• Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and audio elements to enhance video content.
• Ensure final video outputs meet the required quality and specifications for different digital platforms.

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video content and creative projects.
• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming and project discussions.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to improve creative deliverables.

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Take responsibility for assigned projects from concept development through final delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in motion graphics and video production.

Experience & Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Motion Designer, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience creating motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.
• A portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics, animation, and video editing work is required.

Creative & Design Skills

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to develop visually engaging animations and motion graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of visual consistency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.

Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with video editing, visual effects, and compositing techniques.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with 3D animation and modeling software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Knowledge of video editing and sound design.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and emerging technologies in animation and video production.

Working Environment

• Working days: Sunday to Thursday.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Bangladesh Time.
• Work arrangement: On-site or Remote, depending on the agreed arrangement.
• Office location for on-site employees: Gulshan 2, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
