This role is responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining high-quality multimedia content that supports training needs for complex workflows including patient movement, medical regulating, and command‑and‑control coordination. - The work products will ensure training materials are clear, engaging, and accessible across in‑person, virtual, and on-demand modalities. - The training modules describe system processes and user interactions through intuitive visuals such as videos, animated walkthroughs, scenario-based simulations, microlearning clips, graphics, annotated job aids, and mobile UI storyboards. - The Multimedia Engineer works collaboratively with instructors, SMEs, and product owners to ensure all a content reflects the most current workflows, release updates, and operational requirements. - The work is performed within DoD cybersecurity compliance standards for developing training materials and related information. - Join us. You Have: - 5+ years of experience in multimedia production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or Articulate for video editing, animation, and interactive content development - 5+ years of experience producing multimedia training materials including demonstration videos, annotated job aids, and microlearning modules - Ability to convert complex technical workflows into intuitive visual designs - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance - Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: - Experience with AI-enhanced training tools or scenario-based simulation, particularly adaptive learning that updates with system changes - Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications, DIL mobile environments, or training products tied to operational field conditions - Experience in instructional design or training program development methodologies - Experience partnering with Help Desk teams to develop multimedia artifacts that reduce Tier I support volume - Knowledge of accessibility requirements including section 508 and WCAG 2.1 - Ability to implement compliant multimedia content - Human Centered Design Certification Clearance: - Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
