There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission. What you will do Film any everyday task with your hands in shot, and say out loud what you're doing as you do it. Steps Prop your phone or hang it round your neck so your hands are in shot Start recording in Kled and begin the task Say what you are doing as you do it, 'now I'm loosening this screw', 'this bit always sticks' Keep going to the end without stopping the recording Upload What gets rejected Do not narrate afterwards, talk while you work Do not stop and restart the recording Do not film with your hands out of shot Do not read from a script Accepted: One unbroken take, hands visible throughout, continuous speech describing the action as it happens. Pay $2.60 per accepted clip. At a typical pace of about 7 minutes per clip, that is about $22 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 3 clips pays about $7.80. One clip of 3 to 5 minutes per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid.
