Role Description We are seeking a hungry, ambitious, and results-driven National Account Representative to grow our business in a full-time remote sales role. This is not passive account management. We want someone who enjoys outbound selling, winning new accounts, building relationships, and creating opportunities without waiting to be asked.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of pharmacy accounts while actively prospecting for new business. Make consistent daily outbound calls and emails, follow up promptly, and close sales opportunities. Present competitive offers, bulk purchasing opportunities, scheduled ordering programs, and recurring supply commitments. Build relationships with pharmacy owners, purchasers, and other decision-makers. Coordinate with purchasing and operations to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction. Track account activity and sales performance in Excel and internal tools; meet or exceed activity and revenue goals. Attend long-term care (LTC) and institutional pharmacy conferences as assigned to strengthen existing relationships and acquire new business.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years working for or directly with a pharmacy is required. Experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharmacy purchasing, or healthcare distribution is required. Proven ability to generate sales, develop new accounts, and grow existing business. Strong communication, negotiation, organization, time management, and follow-through. Microsoft Excel proficiency is required. Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent full-time remote schedule. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
