National Pro Sales Manager

Remote · Argentina Full-time

Hunter Douglas is the world’s leading manufacturer of window coverings and a major manufacturer of architectural products. We are a brand that you know and trust. With more than 100 years of innovation, we’ve defined our industry with proprietary products that deliver revolutionary style and functionality and can be found in millions of homes and commercial buildings globally. As a member of the Hunter Douglas family of brands, LEVOLOR, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and marketer of custom and sizable window covering products including blinds and shades. LEVOLOR is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 1911, we are committed to delivering innovative, high quality products to consumers under the most recognized brand in our industry today. We are searching for candidates that are driven, intelligent, creative, and entrepreneurial. By offering challenging and accelerated opportunities for growth, powered by a shared hunger for success, we create a space for your career to thrive. In return for your expertise, we are committed to providing competitive and robust total compensation and benefit packages to ensure you feel valued. Our dream is to become the fastest growing, most loved, window covering company in the world. What’s yours? Position Overview The National Pro Sales Manager owns Levolor's growth strategy in the Pro channel — the segment of business that lives outside the retail environment and sells directly to contractors, builders, remodelers, multifamily and commercial developers, property managers, and related trade professionals. This is a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity. You will define the go-to-market approach, stand up and lead a team of Pro Specialists, and turn an emerging line of business into a durable, scalable growth engine for Levolor. This role is equal parts strategist, builder, and coach. You'll set the vision and the numbers, then put the people, processes, and relationships in place to hit them. What you'll do Develop and own the national sales strategy for the Pro channel, including target segments, territory design, account prioritization, and revenue and margin goals. Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and lead a growing team of Pro Specialists; set clear expectations, quotas, and development plans. Build the operating rhythm for the team — pipeline reviews, forecasting, activity cadence, and performance management — with disciplined use of the CRM. Establish and grow relationships with key national and regional accounts, and personally lead the most strategic partnerships. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, pricing, operations, and customer service to build the tools, programs, samples, and support the Pro channel needs to win. Develop channel-specific programs (pricing structures, loyalty/incentive programs, trade promotions, quoting and ordering processes) that make Levolor easy to do business with for the trade. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage the channel budget; report on performance, pipeline health, and market trends to the Sr. Director, Field Sales. Identify and open new segments and geographies as the business scales. Represent Levolor at trade shows, industry associations, and Pro-facing events; act as a senior voice for the channel internally and externally. Gather and synthesize competitive and market intelligence to sharpen strategy and product positioning. Who you are 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of growing revenue in a field or channel sales environment. 3+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring and developing sales talent. Demonstrated success building or scaling a sales channel, territory, or line of business — ideally from an early or greenfield stage. Strong commercial acumen: comfortable owning targets, forecasting, pricing, and margin. Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools; disciplined about pipeline and data. Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Location: Candidates based in the Houston, TX area are preferred; however, remote candidates will be considered if they are willing and able to travel up to 50%. Preferred Experience in building products, window coverings, home improvement, or a related trade-facing industry. Existing relationships within the contractor, builder, or remodeler community. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience. What's in it for you? Annual base salary range: $135,000 - $155,000 Bonus target range: 20%- 30% Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth Time off with pay 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching Paid parental leave Wellness programs and product discounts Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.
