Overview Dane Street is seeking a high-impact National Sales Executive to drive enterprise growth across workers’ compensation, auto, and liability markets. This role is built for a strategic “whale hunter” who excels at closing large, complex deals while maintaining executive-level relationships and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales

• Identify, target, and close large national accounts (carriers, TPAs, self-insureds)
• Lead complex sales cycles, including RFPs, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers
• Secure inclusion in SHIs and national programs

Account Leadership

• Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts (with National Account team)
• Participate in stewardship meetings, QBRs, and performance reviews
• Deliver data-driven insights and drive cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery

Internal Collaboration

• Partner with sales leadership to roll out and grow national programs
• Work cross-functionally with operations and provider networks
• Provide market and client feedback to leadership

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in P&C, workers’ comp, IME, or related industries
• Proven success closing large, complex deals and managing enterprise relationships
• Experience with national accounts and multi-state programs
• Strong understanding of cost containment in the P&C space
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic execution skills
