About This Project We are looking for detail-oriented native speakers tо join Lighthouse 3, a large-scale text data annotation project. You will be responsible for executing precise annotation and labeling оf native-language text according to tо client-provided guidelines. Tasks may include identifying themes, sentiments, categories, and other linguistic features. You will follow detailed annotation instructions, perform self-checks tо ensure accuracy, and provide feedback tо support process improvement. Consistency, attention to tо detail, and the ability tо complete tasks within the given timeframe are essential. This is a remote, in-country opportunity with a weekly commitment оf 20–30 hours. Requirements

• You must be physically located in the targeted countries.
• Good level of English for guideline understanding and communication with Centific team.
• Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. General knowledge in online communication such as Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to follow directions and perform time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks without degradation in quality.
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organized and focused to work independently as a role player within a team environment and keep motivation in a self-driven environment.
• Should have a minimum weekly availability of 20-30 hours to work.
