Location: RemoteDescription:Fully remote. Selected candidate will join the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND) Network Real Estate Team working on property management, landlord relations, and lease routing packages for our build projects. This involves: resolving a range of issues that arise on existing sites and working internally with other teams and externally with our tower and ground landlords; maintaining a strong position with internal reporting; and working closely with our Real Estate Specialists to create and route build-plan lease packages for leadership approval and execution.Must approach with a strong self-starter drive and project management approach, to effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Assist with special projects as they arise. Candidate must be able to onboard possessing the required skills and experience, as detailed below, with minimal training. Fully remote. REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must have telecom/wireless network real estate experience with strong property management, relationship management, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Ideal candidate will have previous carrier-side experience• Ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity working projects in the midwest or central region.
• Experience with database tracking systems/tools• Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding the impact of the job to the overall program.
• Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive team-focused energy and drive.
