Unpaid Internship Position Available Electro is building the future of athlete-first hydration. Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and professional athletes across the country. This is an unpaid internship. The intern will help identify and recruit NIL athletes on Instagram, manage outreach messages, and keep our athlete pipeline organized. This role is fully remote and flexible around your class schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided). High attention to detail and reliability. Familiarity with Instagram messaging and basic CRM tools. Active on Instagram with an understanding of athlete content and audiences. Primary Responsibilities Support the onboarding of new athlete partners. Identify strong athlete content for potential use on Electro's channels. Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools. Review inbound athlete applications and route qualified candidates to the team. Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results. Respond to athlete messages daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
