Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and professional athletes across the country. Please note that this is an unpaid internship. The intern will be part of the team that runs Electro's NIL program day to day, from initial outreach through partner onboarding. Location: Remote (US) | Schedule: Flexible | Type: Unpaid internship Day-to-Day Responsibilities Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences. Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results. Maintain regular contact with current athlete partners to support engagement. Assist with planning NIL campaigns around key dates in the college sports calendar. Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates. Represent the brand professionally and positively in every communication. Support athlete-created social content featuring the brand. Requirements

Familiarity with Instagram messaging and basic CRM tools. Organized, dependable, and committed to strong work habits. Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly. Active on Instagram with an understanding of athlete content and audiences. Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts.
