We are expanding our services to include hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and are looking for an experienced provider to help us build and grow this offering. Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience in hormone replacement therapy. This role will focus on developing and managing HRT programs while also supporting our existing weight loss services. This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys autonomy and wants to play a key role in launching and shaping a new service line within an established practice. Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive patient assessments (history, symptoms, labs) - Diagnose and treat patients using hormone replacement therapy (HRT) - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs - Interpret lab results related to hormone and metabolic health - Educate patients on HRT, weight loss, and lifestyle optimization - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Maintain accurate and compliant documentation - Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care Qualifications: - Active Nurse Practitioner license - Minimum of 3 years of experience in hormone replacement therapy (required) - Experience in weight loss or wellness medicine preferred - Strong knowledge of hormone labs and treatment protocols - Excellent communication and patient care skills - Ability to work independently Compensation & Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Opportunity for growth as the HRT program expands - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Work from home
