Responsibilities

Provide medical care to hospice patients. Determine hospice eligibility and pain and symptom management. Participate in the care of the hospice patient as a member of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Education and experience, essential Must be a graduate of an approved school, and licensed as a nurse practitioner (NP) in the state in which they currently practice. Must have demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Medicare conditions of participation. Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. Education And Experience, Preferred At least five years nursing experience with a minimum of one year in hospice preferred. At least three years of clinical registered NP experience preferred.
