Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Program Manager The Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Program Manager leads California-specific occupational health and safety compliance activities across Clarvida's operations. This role supports office locations, clinics, school-based programs, in-home and community-based services, and services delivered in correctional settings. The OSH Program Manager develops, coordinates, and continuously improves California safety programs and worksite practices. Key areas of responsibility include Cal/OSHA compliance, workplace inspections, employee engagement, Safety Data Sheet administration, injury and illness recordkeeping, incident investigation, corrective action tracking, workplace violence prevention, and regulatory readiness. This role partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, Facilities, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and organizational leadership to promote safe, consistent, and legally compliant practices across California worksites. Responsibilities include leading the administration and continuous improvement of California-specific safety programs, maintaining required safety documentation, collaborating with various departments to resolve safety concerns, coordinating compliance activities, conducting site inspections, and more. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety, Human Resources, Risk Management, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in occupational safety, environmental health and safety, risk management, workers' compensation, healthcare safety, or a related compliance function. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting multi-site operations in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, education, correctional, field-based, or other regulated service environments, leading workplace violence prevention programs, and supporting Cal/OSHA inspections and regulatory responses.
