Job Description:

• Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for fine motor development, visual motor development, sensory processing and modulation differences, executive functioning skills, and other areas
• Determine the impact of evaluated conditions on activities of daily living, rest and sleep, education, play, leisure, and social participation
• Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain professional and technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities
• Uphold federal and state licensure and ethical expectations

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in KY, IN, or TN
• Master’s degree in occupational therapy
• Applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice, or in the process of obtaining license
• Ability to work as part of a team alongside other disciplines
