About the Role

GovCIO is seeking a Business Analyst (Federal Grants & eRA Systems) to support EPA projects involving federal grant management processes and system implementation. The role focuses on analyzing grant lifecycle workflows, aligning processes with established best practices, and coordinating with the implementation team throughout testing and deployment. The ideal candidate brings extensive business analysis experience in federal grant environments, a strong understanding of eRA and GrantSolutions systems, and the ability to work with stakeholders and implementation teams to support project delivery. This is a remote position and requires a Public Trust clearance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze federal grant lifecycle processes and workflows. Assess grant management processes against established best practices. Coordinate with the implementation team throughout system testing and deployment. Support business analysis activities related to federal grants and eRA systems. Use relevant collaboration tools and documentation to support project coordination and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications

Extensive business analysis experience in federal grant environments. Strong knowledge of eRA and GrantSolutions systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. Ability to coordinate with implementation teams across testing and deployment stages. Public Trust clearance.
