Ready to join Team Timberland? We're looking for an Office Manager to join our brand new home office location at Excelsior Crossings in Hopkins, MN. In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to champion for our residents, investors, vendors, and internal team members-creating a vibrant, seamless environment where everyone can show up and do their best work. Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to) Communicate professionally with residents, investors, vendors, and fellow team members. Greet visitors and answer phone calls or inquiries made to the home office, directing them to the appropriate party. Monitor calendars, conference rooms, email and contacts accordingly. Support team and/or company events that take place in the office, on campus or other locations. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot office equipment (printers, postage, kitchen, etc.) Serve as the liaison between Timberland Partners and building management Assist in the on-boarding of new team members Maintain appropriate office supplies Manage company car schedule and any requirements Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma, post high school education preferred. Outstanding telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with managing an office environment and office machines. Computer skills, including Google Apps. Strong administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and shift duties at any given time while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
