RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Oracle HCM - HRIS Administrator. Summary: We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to provide hands-on operational and technical support for our Human Resource Information Systems. This consultant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, maintenance, configuration, and data integrity of Oracle HCM and Taleo, ensuring HR systems remain accurate, secure, reliable, and effective for end users. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the daily operation and performance of Oracle HCM and Taleo, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and security
• Perform ongoing HRIS administration, including system uploads, employee data maintenance, configuration changes, end-user setup, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and update employee information while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Data Analysis and Reporting experience preferably in the HR Systems/Department
• 2+ years of Human Resources cloud systems configuration, and administration/support experience required
• Proven history of supporting environments of 8k+ users
• Strong client service skills as you apply functional and technical knowledge to proactively troubleshoot issues and conduct knowledge transfer with end users
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is number one priority for systems experience; Similar application knowledge including security architecture will be considered
• Taleo is second priority for systems experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
