Job Summary The Senior Technical lead in PaaS Oracle Integration Cloud is responsible for overseeing and managing the Oracle Integration Cloud projects. They will lead a team of technical professionals to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle platforms within the organization. Oracle Integration (OIC) Lead Job Description: Proven years of relevant experience Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3) is essential. The candidate should have good knowledge of OIC integration patterns, adapters, connections, mappings, lookups, fault handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Strong proficiency in SQL, XML/XSD, JSON, XPath/XSLT, REST and SOAP services is expected. Experience with Jira, GitHub, Agile delivery, and technical documentation is also required. The candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a globally distributed team. Strong hands-on experience with Boomi Integration Platform and Boomi API Management/API Gateway including API design, deployment, policy management, and API lifecycle management Strong understanding of API security concepts including authentication, authorization, encryption, SSL/TLS certificates, PKI, security headers, threat protection, and vulnerability mitigation Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, microservices, API-led connectivity, and hybrid cloud integration patterns

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of oracle integration cloud solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on paas oracle integration cloud best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct technical reviews, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of oracle integration cloud applications. Stay updated with the latest oracle cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. Skill Requirements In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in oracle integration cloud. Proficiency in oracle paas services and cloud technologies. Strong understanding of integration patterns, apis, and web services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals effectively.
