Company: Zenius Corporation Employment Type: Part-Time, W-2 Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week Location: Remote HUBZone Residency: Required Position Summary Zenius Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Business Development Research Assistant to support the Growth Team with opportunity tracking, market research, and business development data management. This position focuses on gathering and organizing publicly available information to support business development planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Review opportunity listings using keywords, agencies, and criteria provided by the Growth Team. Maintain the opportunity tracker with solicitation links, deadlines, points of contact, and basic requirements. Monitor updates and amendments to selected opportunities and flag changes. Research target agencies, including their missions, upcoming industry days, and published procurement forecasts. Research potential teaming partners and document their capabilities, certifications, and contact information. Gather publicly available information on incumbent contractors and previous contract awards. Maintain BD contact and company records, identifying duplicates or missing information. Prepare weekly research summaries for Growth Team review.

Qualifications

Previous experience in research, administrative support, business development support, or data management preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet research. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow research criteria and maintain accurate records. Strong written communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with government contracting or procurement research is a plus.
