Key Responsibilities

Manage employee records and day-to-day HR administration using TriNet. Prepare annual compensation letters using Microsoft Word mail merge. Support federal and California leave administration, employee benefits, and HR compliance. Coordinate payroll updates, compensation adjustments, and employee changes. Maintain confidential employee records, compliance reporting, and required workplace postings. Assist with special HR projects and ongoing administrative initiatives.

Qualifications

Hands-on TriNet experience is required. Practical experience administering federal and California leave and benefits regulations , including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, Paid Family Leave, SDI, and COBRA. 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience preferred. Experience with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and confidential employee records. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach. Experience with Box and Salesforce is a plus. Why Consider This Opportunity?
