We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team. • Thursday / Sunday Availability | 10am-7pm PST

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being
• Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
• Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance
• Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests
• Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
• Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case
• Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems
