The Role We’re hiring a relationship-driven representative to find and onboard partners, from established spas to solo practitioners building their own businesses. You’ll be the first point of contact for beauty and wellness professionals across the country. We’re Looking for Beauty & Wellness Partners of Every Size We’re looking to partner with:

• Med-spas, wellness spas, and aesthetic clinics
• Independent estheticians and skincare specialists
• Massage therapists and bodyworkers
• Holistic, functional, and integrative wellness practitioners
• Health, nutrition, and wellness coaches
• Somatic, energy, and nervous-system practitioners
• Salon suite owners, booth renters, and solo beauty professionals
• Yoga, Pilates, and movement studio owners

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to spas, clinics, and independent beauty and wellness professionals
• Present the Beauty Meets Biology Partnership Program and match each partner to the right track
• Book discovery calls and consultations with our founder
• Guide new partners through onboarding and keep relationships strong
• Track outreach, leads, and conversions
• Represent the brand with polish and warmth: minimal, sophisticated, heirloom

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in beauty, aesthetics, skincare, or wellness
• Comfortable with outreach by phone, email, social media, and in person
• Able to connect with both business owners and solo practitioners
• Self-motivated and organized when working remotely
• Genuine interest in longevity, holistic health, and regenerative wellness
• Licensed esthetician, massage therapist, nurse, or spa industry background is a plus
