We Are Hiring | Payroll Specialist (Remote) Position: Payroll Specialist Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Work Arrangement: Remote Job Responsibilities Assist with preparing and processing employee payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain employee payroll records and update relevant information Review attendance, timesheets, overtime, and leave records Help prepare salary statements and payroll reports Check payroll data for accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies Respond to employee inquiries about salary payments and payroll records Maintain organized payroll documents and digital files Support the HR and finance departments with administrative duties Handle confidential employee information responsibly Follow company payroll procedures and applicable regulations Minimum Requirements High school diploma, diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field Previous experience is an advantage but not essential Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic computer and spreadsheet skills Good numerical skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management abilities Responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment
