Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) – Early Intervention Location: Las Vegas & Reno, Nevada Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (20 Hours/Week) Travel & Accommodations: Covered by Employer Compensation: 115K-120K About The Opportunity MOGEL is partnering with an organization seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to support children with developmental delays and disabilities through its Early Intervention program in Nevada. This opportunity offers flexible employment arrangements, including full-time coverage across Las Vegas and Reno or part-time opportunities focused on one location. You'll provide individualized, in-home physical therapy services to help children improve mobility, motor development, and functional independence while working closely with families and multidisciplinary care teams.

What You'll Do

Evaluate children's motor development, mobility, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide in-home therapy to children with developmental delays and disabilities. Educate parents and caregivers on techniques to support progress between visits. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review progress and adjust treatment plans. Maintain accurate evaluation reports, progress notes, and clinical documentation. Manage assigned cases and participate in required meetings, training, and continuing education. Follow applicable clinical regulations, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.

What We're Looking For

Active Nevada Physical Therapy license (required). Minimum 2 years of experience providing physical therapy to children. Experience supporting children with developmental, physical, or behavioral challenges. Early Intervention or pediatric home-based therapy experience preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certifications. Valid driver's license. Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams. Work Schedule & Travel Full-Time Opportunity Provide services across both Las Vegas and Reno. Travel allocation of approximately 50% in each service area. Employer covers required travel and accommodations. Part-Time Opportunity Dedicated 20 hours per week in either Las Vegas or Reno. Single-location assignment, subject to staffing coverage in the other location. Employer covers required work-related travel and accommodations. Physical Requirements Ability to work in home-based environments, including standing, kneeling, crouching, and working at floor level. Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, with assistance or reasonable accommodation as applicable. Comfortable traveling in varying weather conditions.
