ABOUT US

Rythm is the fastest-growing lab in America. We redefined at-home testing with the world’s easiest blood test and created a culture around monthly lab testing from home. We’ve processed millions of tests across all 50 states, and we do everything in-house, from sample testing and logistics to code, marketing, and design. That vertical integration gives us the speed, control, and creativity to shape the future of health and wellness.

THE ROLE

Rythm is looking for a highly organized and dependable People Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day processes and systems that support our employees and new hires.

This role will focus on onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, offer letters, employee technology, and recruiting coordination. The right person is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable solving problems independently in a fast-changing environment. They should be tech-savvy and confident working across People platforms, including Rippling, Workable, payroll, benefits, and onboarding systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist the Head of People with day-to-day execution of Recruiting and People Operations priorities.
  • Manage the new-hire onboarding process, including activating new hire accounts, sending company laptops, administering background checks, system setup, and first-day coordination/communication.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure a seamless transition for candidates from offer acceptance to company onboarding.
  • Assist in rolling out employee benefits and help employees navigate enrollment, coverage questions, and available resources.
  • Own the administration of Warp and Rippling, including employee profiles, onboarding workflows, employee account provisioning, data accuracy, system troubleshooting, etc.
  • Alongside our finance team, manage employee payroll-related updates.
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee records.
  • Create and improve onboarding checklists, templates, and repeatable processes.
  • Respond to employee questions quickly, involving the appropriate internal or external partner when needed.
  • Partner with leaders across corporate, customer experience, lab, and warehouse teams to support their Recruiting and People Operations needs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience supporting a People Operations, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition team.
  • Experience working with HR, payroll, or benefits systems; experience with Rippling is preferred.
  • Recruitment Coordination experience; experience with Workable is preferred.
  • Someone who is super tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication and people skills.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential employee information.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work without hand holding.
  • The ability to manage several priorities at once and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, start-up business where processes and responsibilities change often.
  • A dependable and responsive working style.
  • Flexibility to assist with occasional time-sensitive employee needs outside standard working hours.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Rythm Health offers a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Highly competitive base salary.
  • Meaningful equity aligned with the scope and impact of your role.
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment.
  • Generous Paid Time Off and company holidays.
  • 401(k).
  • Monthly Rythm membership with full access to at-home blood testing and personalized health insights.
  • Healthcare with monthly premium fully covered by the business.
  • High ownership and visibility from day one, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
  • The chance to help shape the future of personalized health and preventative care.
  • A small, collaborative, mission-driven team that moves quickly and values great ideas regardless of title.
