Job Title: Performance Test Engineer/ QA Work Location: Remote anywhere in LATAM Duration: 6+ months This is contract role , 100% remote from anywhere in LATAM Good English comms needed. Immediate interviews! Qualifications 5+ years of experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner Cloud, JMeter, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad, or equivalent platforms. Hands-on experience with chaos engineering tools and practices, including Chaos Monkey, Chaos Mesh, or similar solutions. Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot application performance tuning, including thread dump and heap analysis. Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or similar technologies. Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker. Experience creating dashboards and monitoring application performance using Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, or equivalent tools. Ability to automate performance engineering tasks, including shift-left testing and report generation, using AI-assisted workflows beyond basic prompting. Practical experience using MCP and integrating AI capabilities through CLI tools or VS Code. Strong scripting skills in C, C++, Java, or JavaScript . Experience automating CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Bamboo, Git, Ansible, or similar tools. Experience with service virtualization tools such as BlazeMeter, OpenText Service Virtualization, or equivalent platforms.
