• Edit and produce engaging, high-converting video ads tailored for Meta, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
• Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and dynamic effects to enhance viewer engagement.
• Optimize video content for A/B testing and performance improvements.
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic while experimenting with new creative concepts.
• Work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and iterate based on performance data.
• Source and incorporate UGC (User-Generated Content) and stock footage as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience editing short-form video content for paid media campaigns.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing techniques for digital ads.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience editing UGC-style content is a big plus.
