About the Role

LumiMeds is expanding its Professional Corporation (PC) network and is seeking experienced Physicians to provide high-quality virtual care across multiple U.S. states. We're specifically looking for clinicians who already hold multiple active U.S. state licenses , allowing them to immediately support our rapidly growing patient population. This role is ideal for providers with extensive telehealth experience who are comfortable practicing across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining the highest clinical and compliance standards. You'll conduct virtual evaluations, review patient health information, determine appropriate treatment plans using your independent medical judgment, and collaborate with our care coordination team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the future of telehealth at a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous, as applicable) Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate, in accordance with state and federal regulations Provide ongoing clinical oversight, follow-up care, and treatment adjustments as needed Document all clinical encounters accurately within the EMR Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams to support patient adherence and outcomes Maintain compliance with all applicable telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards Serve as an active clinical member of LumiMeds' Professional Corporation (PC)

Qualifications

Physicians MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states For All Candidates Multiple Active licenses U.S. states - South Carolina (priority) Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred Experience managing patients in weight management, obesity medicine, metabolic health, or primary care preferred Strong understanding of evidence-based clinical practice Excellent documentation skills and clinical judgment Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Strong communication and collaboration skills
