This is a remote position.

• Drive international and domestic sales of polymer and resin products across the LATAM region (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and other markets)
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with converters, distributors, and end-users across the full product portfolio: ABS, AS, ASA, C-PE, EPS, EXTEM, GPPS, HDPE, HIPS, LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, mLLDPE, NORYL, PA 6, PA 66, PBT, PC, PE, PET, PMMA, PP, PS, PVC, SAN, SILTEM, TPE, TPO, TPV, etc,
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets for the LATAM territory
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, trade shows, and referrals
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with buyers.
• Monitor global and regional polymer and resin market trends, pricing movements, and supply-demand dynamics
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and shipment
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and CRM updates for management review
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client visits across LATAM
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and trade documentation for cross-border polymer shipments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in polymers, resins, or petrochemical trading, with exposure to the LATAM market
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering and commodity polymers (ABS, PP, PE, PVC, PET, PC, Nylon/PA, and related grades) and their end-use applications
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, in addition to English
• Willingness to travel extensively within the LATAM region
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Excel for reporting and forecasting
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently across time zones
