This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building production software, leveraging AI to improve development processes, and mentoring highly skilled engineering teams.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise software platforms. Lead development of complex features from architecture through production deployment. Drive engineering excellence across cloud-native applications, APIs, and microservices. Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and intelligent software solutions. Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows. Mentor senior engineers and contribute to technical strategy across the organization. Improve platform scalability, reliability, performance, and developer productivity. What We're Looking For 15+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications. Expert-level Java development experience and strong knowledge of distributed systems. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with AWS and/or Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code. Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies to enhance engineering workflows. Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and related technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and experience resolving complex production challenges. Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams. Preferred Experience Enterprise SaaS products and platforms. Salesforce ecosystem experience. Open-source contributions, patents, publications, or recognized technical leadership. Experience working within globally distributed engineering organizations.
