The Role You’ll own the full charter sales cycle, from the first inquiry to wheels-down. That means finding new clients, building lasting relationships, and making every trip feel effortless. What You’ll Do Generate and close new business through outbound calls, email, networking, and referrals Consult with clients on their trip needs and recommend the right aircraft for passengers, luggage, range, and budget Source and vet Part 135 operators, compare safety ratings (ARGUS, Wyvern, IS-BAO), and negotiate pricing and terms Build quotes quickly and accurately using industry sourcing platforms such as Avinode Coordinate trip details with operators, FBOs, and concierge partners, including catering and ground transportation Resolve trip-day issues fast, from weather delays and maintenance problems to last-minute itinerary changes Turn one-time flyers into repeat clients, and identify empty-leg and jet card opportunities Keep accurate records in our CRM and hit monthly revenue targets What You Bring [1+/2+] years of private aviation charter sales or brokerage experience, or a strong record in luxury or high-ticket sales Working knowledge of aircraft categories, performance, and amenities, from turboprops to heavy jets Understanding of FAA Part 91 vs. Part 135 operations and DOT charter broker disclosure requirements Strong negotiation skills and the financial sense to protect margin while staying competitive Polished communication with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and their assistants Discretion and confidentiality.
