Procurement Systems / Business Analyst (P2P Configuration) Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour Location: Remote Duration: Approximately 9 weeks (45 business days) Target Start Date: October 26, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking a Procurement Systems / Business Analyst to support a short-term project focused on vendor contract updates, procurement system cleanup, and process improvements. This role will help ensure vendor records, purchasing workflows, and system configurations are accurate, compliant, and ready for year-end deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain vendor master records and bill-to/sold-to information across Oracle, Coupa, and Ironclad. Configure purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) fields, validation rules, and workflows. Develop audit and compliance dashboards to support reporting and data accuracy. Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate configuration changes. Document system updates, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with Sourcing and Corporate Engineering teams to support a smooth transition to ongoing operations. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in systems administration or business analysis supporting ERP and procure-to-pay (P2P) systems. Strong hands-on experience with Coupa and Oracle Financials. Experience with system configuration, metadata or schema changes, and workflow logic. Ability to perform testing, document processes, and support data cleanup initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Experience with Ironclad, Jira, or tax software such as Avalara or Vertex is a plus. Additional Details: This is a fully remote, project-based contract expected to last approximately nine weeks, with work targeted for completion by December 31, 2026.
