Role Overview: - In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and storytelling expertise. - No prior AI experience is required. - These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance creative production, enhance content quality, and optimize communication within the media and entertainment sector. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like: - Design and evaluate realistic media and publishing scenarios to test AI reasoning and creative problem-solving. - Write clear, structured explanations covering production planning, directing, editing, and creative collaboration. - Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, storytelling quality, and alignment with media production standards. - Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of information workflows and creative communication. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience as a Producer, Director, or in a comparable creative role within film, television, or digital media. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field. - Strong English communication and reasoning skills. - Ability to articulate creative and technical processes clearly using structured explanations.
