You will help move benefit-plan and coverage enrollments from submitted request through accurate setup, partnering with agencies, carriers, and internal product teams. Job Responsibilities: Enter and update enrollment records in the designated platform, confirming required fields and effective dates. Use product catalogs and eligibility rules to match requests with available plan options and coverage selections. Monitor CRM and shared-workflow queues, routing incomplete submissions for clarification and tracking resolution. Reconcile enrollment details against applications, supporting documents, and carrier response files. Maintain system notes and status trackers so product, service, and agency partners have current information. Qualifications: Familiarity with web-based enrollment tools, CRM platforms, or record-management systems. Ability to interpret applications, eligibility details, effective dates, and plan options. Comfortable comparing source documents with system records for accuracy. Clear written communication for requesting missing enrollment information. Basic understanding of product catalogs, coverage selections, or benefits-plan terminology is helpful. Able to manage assigned remote queues while following established procedures.
