Open role
Product Manager
About The Role The role owns the product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, roadmap definition, and delivery for a B2B data platform serving engineering and analytics teams at enterprise scale. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and go-to-market - translating customer problems into prioritized requirements, making hard scope tradeoffs, and driving cross-functional execution from spec to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for a core platform area, balancing technical debt, customer commitments, and net-new capability investments Drive discovery through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and usage data in Amplitude and SQL to validate problems before writing a single requirement Write crisp product specs, PRDs, and success metrics; make explicit prioritization decisions and defend them with data in quarterly planning Partner daily with engineering leads to break down epics, sequence sprints, and remove execution blockers across a 10-15 person squad Define and instrument product KPIs - activation, retention, feature adoption - and report progress to leadership with clear narratives Coordinate launches with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success, including positioning, pricing input, and rollout sequencing Run beta programs with design partners, synthesize feedback, and iterate quickly between releases What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of product management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or developer-facing/technical products Demonstrated ability to work directly with engineers on technical topics - API design, data models, system tradeoffs - without needing translation Hands-on analytical skills: SQL fluency and comfort pulling your own data rather than waiting on analytics Track record of shipping products through multiple full lifecycle launches, including post-launch iteration based on metrics Strong written communication: specs, strategy docs, and exec updates that are clear, concise, and decision-oriented Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience Bonus: experience with data infrastructure products (ETL, pipelines, observability), PM experience at a startup past Series B, or technical background as an SWE or solutions engineer
