About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager II to join a Physician Experience and Physician Solutions team and help shape the future of digital healthcare. In this role, you will work on a physician and clinical EHR platform, building intuitive digital experiences that empower physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical teams to deliver better patient care while reducing administrative burden. You will own complex physician workflow challenges and drive product capabilities across web and mobile platforms, leading the complete product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for assigned physician platform capabilities. Drive continuous product discovery through physician interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven insights. Translate complex business and clinical needs into actionable product requirements and priorities. Collaborate with UX and Engineering teams to validate solutions and deliver impactful product experiences. Prioritize opportunities based on provider needs, business value, clinical outcomes, and technical feasibility. Drive cross-product integration with interconnected clinical platforms. Partner with Engineering, UX, Clinical Operations, PMO, Legal, and Compliance teams. Lead Agile Scrum delivery by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product priorities. Establish OKRs and measure product success through adoption, clinical efficiency, and physician satisfaction. Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulatory, privacy, security, and clinical governance standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2–4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing digital products or complex software capabilities from discovery through delivery. Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization. Experience translating ambiguous customer and business problems into actionable product opportunities. Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data for product decisions. Experience with product discovery, customer interviews, workflow analysis, and solution validation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare technology, EHR platforms, clinical workflows, or physician-facing products. Experience leading 0-to-1 product discovery and product launches. Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and customer research. Experience working in regulated environments with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and Risk teams.
