Product Manager

Remote · Sri Lanka Full-time

Company Description

Humanus is a global marketplace that connects people through time, skills, experience, and wisdom, enabling individuals to share their personal and professional journeys. The platform makes it easy to book one-on-one conversations with people who have the specific experience needed, whether for career decisions, education planning, relocation support, or personal guidance. Each conversation ends with mutual reviews, fostering transparency and trust within the community. Humanus ensures that every participant is there by choice, creating an environment where reaching out for support is welcomed and encouraged. Role Description As a Product Manager at Humanus, you will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of product features that enhance the marketplace experience for both seekers and experts. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to prioritize the product roadmap, write clear requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Your day-to-day work will include analyzing user behavior and feedback, defining and tracking product metrics, running experiments, and iterating on features to improve engagement, trust, and conversion. You will also align stakeholder perspectives, manage trade-offs, and communicate product updates and decisions clearly across the organization. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

Product management and strategy skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and lifecycle management. User research and discovery skills, such as conducting interviews, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into product decisions. Analytical skills, including proficiency with product analytics tools, experimentation (A/B testing), and data-driven decision-making. Collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations). Experience in marketplace, consumer, or community-based products, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments. Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain clear documentation and communication. Familiarity with agile or lean product development practices and iterative delivery. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Design, or related experience) is preferred but not required.
